CICT “The IEEE Conference on Information and Communication Technology” is top level International Conference covering broad topics in the areas of Information and Communication Technology. This Conference is started by the five MHRD funded IIITs (IIIT Allahabad, ABV- IIITM Gwalior, PDPM-IIITDM Jabalpur, IIITDM Kancheepuram, and IIITDM Kurnool) with an aim to provide a forum for researchers, industry professionals, and academicians to present and exchange their ideas in latest technological advancements and innovations in the field of ICT. The CICT is jointly organized by the five IIITs annually on rotation basis. The CICT 2017 and 2018 was hosted by ABV-IIITM Gwalior and PDPM-IIITDM Jabalpur, respectively. Data science is a multi-disciplinary area that uses scientific methods, algorithms and systems to extract hidden knowledge and insights from data (Structured and Unstructured). It is the study of where information comes from, what it represents and how it can be transformed into a valuable resource in the creation of business and IT strategies. Mining large amounts of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns can help an organization in many ways. Data Science is confluence of mathematics, statistics and computer science disciplines, and incorporates techniques like machine learning, cluster analysis, data mining and visualization. Hence, it is important to bring awareness among researchers & academicians and train manpower on data sciences to do innovative research work, projects, and create knowledge base.

DSAP-2019 is an initiative of IIITA to bring together the community of Astrophysics and gravitational wave data scientists with the Computer Science and Information Technology experts working in data science (Big Data) and Machine learning. This workshop will be held from 1-3 Nov, 2019.

The International Conference on Machine Intelligence and Signal Processing (MISP-2019) will be held at Indian Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India, on September 7-10, 2019.
