Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions specified in Ordinance 1, 2, 3 attached here are part of this agreement. The modalities and terms specified in the refereed ordinance will be the general terms for conducting the 'Ph.D./M.Tech. and MBA for Professionals Program', however both the institutions can jointly evolve working procedures which can be of mtual convenience to alleviate any ambiguities and difficulties while implementing the ordinance.

The cost of development of any infrastructure if required for the specific project at ISRO should be borne by ISRO.

For continuing education to ISRO researcher, scholars, students, scientists and technical staff the financial arrangements will be made on mutually agreed terms and conditions.

For the visits related to advice and consultancy, travel and other expenses of IIIT-Allahabad Faculty and Staff shall be reimbursed on mutually agreed terms.

The researcher, scholars, students, scientists and technical staff of ISRO can use the library facility of IIIT-Allahabad for short-time, free of cost.

Usage of IIIT-Allahabad academic infrastructure can be allowed for limited period subject to its availability, approval of Head of the facility/department as per Institutions norms.

Both institutions agree to help, identifiy and invite the faculty members and researchers from the other institution to participate in conferences/seminars/symposia, workshops and short-term courses.

As long as a working prifessional of ISRO is an enrolled candidate for higher studies leading to Ph.D./M.Tech./MBA, he/she can avail the facilities, tenable to any research scholar in the IIIT-Allahabad campus.

Any publication, document and/or paper arising out of joint work conducted by the Parties pursuant to this MoU will be jointly owned. The use of the name, logo and/or officia emblem of the Parties on any publication, document and/or paper will require prior permission of both the Parties. It may however be ensured that the official emblem and logo is not misused.
