Technical Areas of Collaboartion

To implement a Continuing Education Programme through learning-while-working mode to improve the gross qualification index (GQI) of scholars and technical staffs of ISRO through 'Ph.D./M.Tech. and MBA for Professionals Program' at IIIT-Allahabad, while faculty members, scholars and students of IIIT-Allahabad could also be sent to ISRO for necessary guidance.

a) To provide academic ineraction by delivering Special Lectures at ISRO on topics of relevance to the mutually decided topics and subjects.

b) Organizing joint workshops/conferences and Personality/Professional Development Programmes for enhancement of skills to researchers, scientists, technical Staffs, scholars and students of both institutions.

c) To provide necessary support for establishment of Video satellite link and assistance in development of E-class rooms, Labs, Curriculum, establishment of research Labs, Training and Library etc. at both the participating institutes.

d) To facilitate the training for manpower specified by both the institutions by usage of academic and research infrastructure of IIIT-Allahabad for ISRO researchers, scientists, scholars, technical staff and student members.

e) Joint supervision of M.Tech. and Ph.D. thesis as per IIIT-Allahabad/ISRO norms.

f) Doing the joint International and National sponsored/consultancy projects.

A specific plan will be worked out by the institutions depending upon availability of resources.
